Tehran (IP): Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that in the past 24 hours, 303 COVID-19 patients had succumbed to death, bringing the total death toll to 76,936.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 16, 2021, a number of 2,751,166 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,226,122 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 11,291 cases, out of whom 1,787 patients were hospitalized.

5,337 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICUs).

So far, 18,180,878 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

The total number of COVID-19 patients in the country reached 2,751,166.

According to the latest analysis, 3  cities are red, 262 are orange, and 183 are yellow zones.

So far, 1,899,022 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, and 370,731 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 2,269,753 doses.
