Iran Press/ Iran News: The Director-General of Europe and America at Trade Promotion Organization of Iran Behrouz Ulfat stated that from March 20 to September 21, 2020, Iran's total exports were 13 billion and 566 million dollars, 692 million dollars of which to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Ulfat added that among the 12 Commonwealth of Independent States, Iran's exports to Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Moldova had increased respectively compared to the same period last year.
"The exports to Georgia, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Republic of Azerbaijan have been declining," he added.
The director-general of Europe and America at Trade Promotion Organization of Iran also said: "Iran's imports from CIS during this period are about 811 million dollars, which is 2% less than the same period last year."
In the last seven months, Iran's export volume has been over 85 million tons, and the total value of Iran's foreign trade has reached 38 billion and 278 million dollars.
