Tehran (IP) - Nasser Kanani, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in his social platform, condemned the negative interventions of the United Kingdom and the United States in Iran's internal affairs during history while referring to the coup d'état of 28 August 1953.

Iran PressIran News: Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman said: "Slavery, colonialism, coups and military interventions in other countries are only part of the dark and shameful record of UK-US' interventions in the world."

Kanani added that overthrowing the popular national elected government of Dr. Mossadegh and supporting tyranny would be a shameful stain on the forehead of the American and British regimes.

He also referring to the support of these countries to the Israeli regime and the genocide in Gaza, said: "These two countries, with such a black record, consider themselves to be the standard bearers of human rights and democracy." 219
