commentary:

Recent cyberattacks by the Israeli regime targeting Lebanon have intensified tensions, resulting in the explosion of communication devices, known as "pagers," in Lebanon. This incident is part of Israel’s broader strategy to prolong the conflict, revealing Prime Minister Netanyahu's desperation to stay in power.

Iran PressCommentary: Netanyahu’s actions are expanding the war into both geographical and cyber realms, making any potential ceasefire or prisoner exchange increasingly difficult.

Over the past year, Israel has faced mounting pressures, suffering setbacks in military, media, and international spheres due to resistance from the regional forces.

Despite its efforts, the Zionist regime has failed to achieve its objectives in Gaza.

Just a day before the pager explosions, Yemen’s Ansarullah group targeted the heart of Tel Aviv with a hypersonic missile, further tarnishing Israel's fragile reputation. Under pressure, Netanyahu resorted to cyberterrorism, using technology designed for peaceful purposes as a lethal weapon.

This action defies international norms and crosses several red lines, adding to the crimes already committed by Israel in Lebanon.

Hezbollah and other members of the Resistance Front are expected to retaliate strongly. The global community must recognize that Netanyahu is attempting to escalate the conflict to avoid defeat and maintain his leadership. Western nations, especially the U.S. and Europe, should realize that Israel no longer serves their strategic interests as it once did.

Drawing lessons from the dismantling of apartheid in South Africa, many argue that the West should press for a democratic solution in the occupied territories. By doing so, they can secure their long-term interests in West Asia through public referendums and a peaceful resolution.
