Iran Press/Iran News: Iran's President Masoud Pezehkian stated this morning in the cabinet meeting, referring to the events in Lebanon: the fact that the tools that are conventionally made to improve the comfort and well-being of mankind are used as a tool of terror and destruction against those whose views are not aligned with ours is proof of the fall of humanity and the predominance of brutality and criminality.
The President of Iran added: This incident showed once again that although the Western countries and the Americans claim that they are looking for a ceasefire, in practice they support the crimes, killings, and blind assassinations of the Zionist regime. The remedy to correct this situation and break the chain of oppression and crimes of the Zionist regime and its supporters against the oppressed Palestinians and the Islamic world is the unity and cohesion of Muslims and Islamic countries.
In today's government meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abbas Araghchi presented a report on the new crime of the Zionist regime and said that this morning a group of Iranian specialists, surgeons, and nurses were sent to Lebanon to help the injured in this incident. 204
