Iran Press/Europe: Reports indicate that the pager explosions on Tuesday, which occurred in various regions across Lebanon, injured over 2,800 individuals, including members of Hezbollah, and civilians, including the Ambassador of Iran to Lebanon, who was injured.
Viacheslav Volodin reacted to the recent blast of electronic communication devices in Lebanon and said that the feasibility of mass production of such "weapons" brings terrorism to a new level and turns into a global threat to all countries.
He stressed that confronting such crimes is essential.
Immediately, on Wednesday, several blasts occurred simultaneously in Beirut similar to what happened on Tuesday. Several explosions were also reported in southern and eastern Lebanon.
95 of the Lebanese citizens injured in the communication systems' blast have been transferred to Iran for medical treatment and operation.
The Israeli media reported a "serious" security incident in the north of the occupied territories, as a result of which 15 Zionist soldiers were wounded after Hezbollah fired missiles at the Zionist forces' positions in the Al Marj region.
