Pakistan calls for cooperation with Iran in fight against Coronavirus

Pakistani Senate Chairman Mohammad Sadiq Sanjrani issued a statement on Friday calling for cooperation with Iran in the fight against Coronavirus.

Iran PressAsia: In the statement, Pakistani Senate Chairman Mohammad Sadiq Sanjrani also referring to Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf as a longtime friend of the Pakistani people and congratulating him on his election as the new speaker of Iran's parliament.

 The statement stressed the need to expand relations with Iran to deepen peace, stability, and prosperity in the region, and expressed hope that fraternal and close ties between the two countries will be strengthened and developed during Qalibaf's presidency in the Islamic Consultative Assembly. 

Referring to the importance of cooperation between the two parliaments, he called for the development of parliamentary relations and the strengthening of regional and global interactions to combat the spread of the Coronavirus.
