Iran ready to exchange experience with China on fighting organized crime: Police Chief

Iran's Police Chief said that the country is ready to have experience exchange and academic collaborations with China about fighting against organized crimes.

Iran PressIran News: Iran's Police Chief Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari met with China's envoy to Iran on Monday and expressed Iranian police readiness to fight crimes such as drug, arms, and human trafficking based on the mutual transference of experience and knowledge.

General Ashtari also pointed out to good ties between Iran and China and remarked that the two countries have already signed memorandums of understandings around security affairs, Iran Press reported.  

He still referred to the advances of Iran's policy in all areas and invited the Chinese officials to visit the different departments of Iran's police.

Iran's Police Chief also pointed out to Iran's nuclear deal Known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and appreciated China's stance in condemning the US unilateral withdrawal from the international deal as well as its supporting Iran.  

China's envoy to Iran Chang Hua also for his part hailed the peace and security maintained in the country.

Appreciating Iran's Police in fighting international criminals, he asserted that Iran is a great and influential country in the region and that it is necessary that the two countries keep on bilateral cooperation to reach the relevant goals.   

The Chinese envoy to Iran expressed hope that the two countries could have good cooperation with each other in fighting terrorism.
