Peace, security rule on the borders: Army Commander

Iran's Army Commander said that the peace and security which rule on the country is the result of the efforts made out of pure intention and far from promotion.

Iran Press/Iran news: Appreciating a number of Iranian army forces influential efforts in the recent aerial, marine, and land defense operations, Seyed Abd ul-Rahim Mousavi said that the peace and security of the country's borders owes to the pure efforts of the armed forces made with divine intention, though not promoted by the media.

Although the media play a significant role in explaining and promoting the services of different sectors, they also do not mention some of them because of security considerations he said and added that if the services are carried out for the sake of God, He (God) will compensate them.

General Mousavi added: "We stand against the enemy and it feels the pain of our slap on its face, is enough for us," noting that the greatest works are those done out of pure intention and far from promotion."

"As proud soldiers of the Islamic Iran, we only should think of our duty to defend the country, its political system, independence and territorial integrity, and believe that God observes and knows our efforts which is itself the greatest reward as the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief said," the commander of Iran's Army noted.

He referred to Iran's recent earthquakes and floods hit parts of the country, highlighted the army forces' help to the disaster-hit people, and remarking that their pure help for the sake of God made the army dearer to the people and the Leader of the Islamic revolution. 104/215
