Major problem for reaching agreement on JCPOA is with US decision-making process

Tehran (IP) - Spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign affairs said that the ground is paved for reaching an agreement on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), but the major problem is with the US which should make a firm and independent decision in this regard.
