Gilan (IP) - The Chief of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces said the capacities of the Palestinian Resistance was almost intact and people never complained about Hamas despite the pressure on them.

Iran PressIran news: Major General Mohammad-Hossein Bagheri referred to the October 7 Operation Al-Aqsa Storm and described it as the result of the accumulated anger of the Palestinian nation after the Israeli regime's 75 years of occupying their country.

Bagheri made the remarks on Monday at the ceremony to join the Deilaman Destroyer to the Iranian Army Navy in the army's north navy fleet and the Imam Reza 4th marine zone in the Caspian Sea.

General Bagheri also pointed to the November 24 ceasefire between Hamas and the Israeli regime and highlighted the regime's defeat: "The enemy, who said that it is not willing to accept a cease-fire without the defeat of Hamas and the release of all prisoners, was forced to accept a cease-fire."

The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran added a new homemade destroyer to its Navy fleet on Monday, in Gilan Province, northern Iran.
