Tehran (IP) - Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy Minister for Legal and International Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said regarding the possibility of issuing death sentences for Netanyahu and the Zionist officials: A range of countries have abolished the death penalty, but there are approximately more than 55 countries that have this punishment in their laws.

Iran Press/Iran News: Gharibabadi explained: Therefore, two or three countries that support the Palestinian people and oppose the crimes of the Zionist regime can come together and form a joint court and issue a death sentence to these officials.

Gharibabadi emphasized: Of course, in this context, it should be noted that to what extent this sentence will be enforceable and what the guarantee of its implementation will be is another matter; but in terms of issuing such a sentence, it is possible.

Gharibabadi added: For a joint or regional court, firstly, there must be a consensus between the countries and secondly, it must be approved in the parliaments of those countries.
