On the occasion of the 40th day since the martyrdom of those who fell in the 12-day imposed war waged by the Zionist regime against the Iranian nation, a ceremony was held today by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Imam Khomeini’s Husseiniyah, in the presence of the families of the martyrs, various segments of the population, and government officials.
What he's saying:
- In addition to the great honors achieved during these 12 days, which are now acknowledged by the entire world, the Iranian nation demonstrated its strength, endurance, determination, will, and wholeheartedness, allowing everyone to feel the power of the Islamic Republic.
- These incidents are not unprecedented for us. Over the past 46 years, in addition to the eight-year imposed war, the Islamic Republic has continually faced events such as coups, various military, political, and security seditions, ...against the nation. It has successfully neutralized all of the enemy’s conspiracies.
- The Islamic Republic is founded on two pillars: "religion" and "knowledge." By relying on these pillars, the Iranian people have forced the enemy to retreat in various arenas and will continue to do so.
- The main reason for the hostility of global arrogance, particularly the criminal America, toward the Islamic Republic is its foundation in religion and knowledge, and the unity of Iranians under the grace of the Quran and Islam.
- The enemies’ posture against Iran’s nuclear programs, enrichment activities, and human rights record is merely a pretext. The true reason is that Iran has new words and competencies in science, humanities, and technology.
- With God's grace, Iranians will never forsake their commitment to religion and knowledge.
- We will make significant progress in fortifying our faith and in expanding and deepening our broad knowledge.
- Against the jealous enemy, Iran will ascend to the pinnacle of advancement and honor.
