In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I congratulate the martyrdom of the scholar-mujahid, Hojjatoleslam wa Muslimin, Mr. Hajj Sheikh Ali Razini, and his colleague, the brave judge, Mr. Hajj Sheikh Mohammad Moghiseh, may God bless them all, and I offer my condolences on their loss.
Martyr Razini had also been targeted by ill-wishers in the past and had endured years of martyrdom. His two esteemed brothers had already been martyred.
May God's mercy and satisfaction be upon all of them and their long-suffering and patient families.
On the morning of Saturday, January 18, the Iranian judiciary announced in a statement that two Supreme Court judges, Ali Razini and Mohammad Moghiseh, were assassinated by gunfire and the assailant committed suicide after the attack.
Immediately after the terrorist attack, efforts were made to arrest the gunman, who quickly committed suicide.
Previously, on January 6, 1999, Hojjatoleslam Ali Razini was also the target of an assassination attempt by terrorists.
Hojjatoleslam Ali Razini, who was the head of the Tehran Judiciary at the time, was attacked by motorcyclists who planted a magnetic bomb on his vehicle as he was leaving his office and was injured.
