Jomhouri-e Eslami: Leader communicates general policies of Iran's 7th Development Plan
The leader of the Iran Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in the implementation of Clause one of Article 110 of the Constitution, communicated the general policies of the Seventh Development Plan to the heads of the three branches of government, the Chairman of the Expediency Council, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.216
