Iran Press/ Iran news: The event was opened with the slogan "Children towards the top" and the performance of local hymns at the International Convention Center of Isfahan City. It is intended to promote peace and tolerance, realize moral values, raise awareness and hope among children and young adults, and discover young talents in both competitive and non-competitive sections."
Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili, Iran's Minister of Culture, said on Friday night at the opening ceremony of the event, that Isfahan is the cradle of culture, art, and civilization, and the children's and youth festival is a base for the gathering of the children of Iran who are looking progress.
The minister emphasized that children are the heirs of those who lost their lives for the preservation and development of the Islamic Republic, for its pride and independence.
