Ghalibaf calls Kabul terrorist attack cowardly act

Tehran (IP)- Following the terrorist attack in Afghanistan, Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, in a message to the Speaker of the Wolesi Jirga said, "Cowardly terrorist attacks will not affect the will of the Afghan people to establish security and sustainable development."

Iran PressIran news:  A bomb blast outside the Sayyid al-Shuhada school in western Kabul on Saturday killed and injured dozens of people, most of the students.

At least 55 people killed in the attack.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif condemned the attack and in a message urged all Afghanistan people "who have a heart for Islam and Afghanistan to end fratricide."

Also Mohammad Ebrahim Taherian, the Islamic Republic of Iran's special envoy for Afghanistan, condemned the terrorist attack on a girls' school in Kabul and said: "The solution for peace and security in Afghanistan is possible inside the country and with the understanding of all Afghan groups."
