Leader orders armed Forces to build a health center to organize public medical services

Tehran (IP) - The Leader of the Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Kahameni on Thursday ordered Iran's armed forces to build a health center to organize medical services for the people.

Iran PressIran news: Appreciating the Armed Forces' providing health care services to the people in the fight against the Coronavirus, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei emphasized the need to organize these services in the form of 'health center' for preventing the further spread of the disease, highlighting: "This action could also enhance the biological defense of the military and increases national authority and capacity, given the evidence that the outbreak may have been a 'biological attack'."

The text of the Leader's decree is as follows:

 In Name of God

Major General Bagheri,

Appreciating the services that the Armed Forces have provided to dear people of Iran in the field of campaign against the Coronavirus so far, and emphasizing its continued expansion, it is necessary to organize these services in form of a health care facility so that, in addition to providing treatment and establishing medical centers such as hospitals, filed hospitals, and Convalescent Care Facilities, etc, it also prevents the spread of the disease by the necessary means.

Task apportionment of the organizations and departments of the armed forces is one of the tasks of this base. It must be in full coordination with the government and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.

This move could also have a biological defense combat aspect and add to national authority and power, given the evidence that the event may have been a 'biological attack'.

May God bless the Iranian nation with the divine guidance under auspices of Hazrat Baq?yyatull?h's [Imam Mahdi (AS)] and his special support so that they will be always victorious safe and sound.
