Iran Press/ Europe: Negar Mirkhani, a speed skater, emerged victorious in the 5-lap inline speed category for the age group of 2014 and 2015 at the 2023 International Open Cup held in Italy.
Iranian athletes also made their mark in other categories, winning a silver and a bronze medal in the 3000 meters and a silver medal in the 3000 meters elimination earlier on during the competition.
