Middle East(IP)- News sources reported that since the beginning of this year (2023), the Israeli regime has destroyed 376 houses and properties of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to the Al-Watan website, since the beginning of this year, the army of the occupying regime has destroyed 376 Palestinian buildings, including houses and properties of Palestinians, in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds.

Muayed Shaaban, the head of the Board of Resistance of the Wall and Settlement, said in a statement: "The occupying army has issued about 500 demolition notices in the West Bank to Palestinian citizens within the framework of the policy of gradual annexation."

Also, Salah al-Khawaja, the head of the People's Committees for Resistance to Settlements, said that the occupying army has built about 16,000 residential units since the beginning of this year as part of a planned project to seize large areas of the West Bank and annex them to occupied Palestine.

He also said that the operation of destroying Palestinian homes has increased significantly compared to last year and has doubled, the purpose of which is to evacuate the areas of the Jordan Valley and around the Zionist settlements and some northern and central areas of the West Bank in order to prevent the formation of an independent Palestinian state.
