Tehran (IP) - Farzad Piltan, the director-general of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO)'s Office of Arabian and African Countries said: "Trade statistics data for the last 12 months (March 2022 to March 2023) show that Iran's trade to Türkiye reached to more than $7.4 bln. with a 23 percent increase."

Iran PressIran news: He added: "The export in this level has caused Türkiye rank among Iran's top three exporter partners in the world."

Pilten added this volume of exports has made Türkiye the third importing country from Iran.

The director-general of TPO stated: "The most important export items of Iran to Türkiye include natural gas, aluminum, urea, polyethylene, cathode, and cathode parts of aluminum, cooper wire, ingots, iron and steel rods, and polyethylene.
