Tehran (IP) - Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said that every department in the ministry has special programs to promote the Quranic culture.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 30th Quran International Exhibition on Saturday, Mohammad-Mahdi Esmaili said that in the current year's budget plan, great steps have been taken to strengthen the country's cultural programs top of which are the Quranic ones. 

Esmaili said that the ministry has invited the ministers of a number of Islamic countries to visit the expo. 

He said that the expo has 49 sections with 21 countries participating in the international section of the event. 

Iran's Culture Minister reported the training of 5,000 instructors in the country and said that 26,000 cultural assemblies will be created in the mosques for teaching Quran.
