Iran Press/ Iran News: Presenting a report on the construction, Mehrdad Bazrpash says the new port enjoys 1200 meters of breakwater, adding that the construction of the new Ganaveh port started today, Friday, and will be completed by 2024.
He also reported the Valfajr passenger pier to be opened with 90 billion tomans of investment to expand the marine tourism capacity.
The pier would be a point from where the passenger can travel to Qatar.
The report was presented in the administrative meeting held with President Raisi, his cabinet, and Bushehr's officials.
