Iran Press/ Iran News: In a public address on Thursday in Bushehr, southern Iran, Ebrahim Raisi said that the enemies were suffering as they see the unity and progress of the Iranian nation.
Pointing out that the enemies got disappointed by the military invasion of Iran, Raisi referred to the recent unrest in the country as a part of the hybrid war to stop the country's progress.
The unrest and brawls were instigated under the pretext of Mahsa Amini, 22, who died due to a sudden heart attack in a police center in Tehran on Tuesday, September 13, after being taken there for violation of dress codes along with some other women.
Under the pretext of Mahsa's death, the anti-Iranian media and bloggers affiliated with the Western states have been fueling the unrest in Iran.
He said that the enemies imagined that Iran was like other countries they invade, so they launched street riots and a currency war in Iran to stop the production and scientific progress of the country.
President Raisi referred to a refinery opened with an investment of $2 billion in Asaluyeh of Bushehr, the investor, engineers, and employees of which were Iranian.
He highlighted the 5% growth of production in the country despite the enemies' attempts to keep it below zero and recalled that they sought to cut off Iran's ties with the neighboring countries and other Asian countries but Iran's trade with them shored up 40% and achieved the Asian economic infrastructure through its membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
