Iran Press/ Iran News: On January 18, 2023, the representatives of the European Parliament voted in favor of the proposed amendment to recognize the IRGC in the list of so-called terrorist groups of the European Union.
Decisions of the European Parliament are considered proposals and are in the form of requests.
Nasser Kanani, the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, referring to the anti-Iranian action of the European Parliament against the IRGC, wrote on his Twitter account: "Israel's apartheid regime is the biggest organized terrorist identity in the world, the British regime is the founder and the American regime is its biggest supporter."
Kanani clarified that the reason for the anger of the global club of terrorists against Iran's IRGC is obvious; IRGC is the biggest anti-terrorism organization in the world."
