Middle East(IP)- Zionist Regime's National Security Minister ordered the chief of the Zionist police to collect the Palestinian flag from public places in the occupied territories.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to the report published by the Palestinian "Sama" news agency, the "Haaretz" website wrote on Sunday night (last night): "The order from Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai came after celebrations of the release of Palestinian security prisoner Karim Younis in the village of ’Ara last weekend, during which the flags were displayed

The Zionist newspaper Ha'aretz added:  "Younis spent 40 years in Israeli jail for the kidnapping and murder of Israeli soldier in 1980. Those celebrations included displaying the Palestinian flag."

Ben Guer also ordered the chief of the Zionist police to investigate the celebration of Karim Younis' release despite the instructions to prevent it.

This is while the Palestinian flag was a notable presence at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the first World Cup, held in the Middle East.
