The Three Lions meet African champions Senegal in their first knockout stage match in Qatar on Sunday at 19:00 GMT.

Iran PressMiddle East: The knockout round, also known as the round of 16, is the second phase of the World Cup. It directly follows the group stage, where 32 teams battled it out in eight different groups, and 16 teams claimed the top two spots in each group, advancing to the knockouts.

England qualified as Group B winners with a 3-0 win over Wales on Tuesday, while Senegal were runners-up behind the Netherlands in Group A.
