Tajikistan (IP) - With Iranian Culture Week opened in Tajikistan, 40 works of calligraphy were unveiled in Dushanbe with the presence of the Iranian Minister of Culture Mohammad-Mahdi Esmaili.

Iran PressAsia: The ceremony opened on Monday and was participated by a large group of Iranian residents in Tajikistan along with the ambassadors of some countries in Dushanbe. 

At the event, more than 50 Iranian artists present their artworks in painting, calligraphy, music, miniature painting, and Pahlavani arts.

Barghaye Rangarange Cheraghe Doostgani(Friendship Light's Colorful Leaves) is the name of the calligraphy collection, which is a narrative of the deep cultural ties between Iran and Tajikistan. 

The album was compiled with the support of Iran's Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the Organization of Islamic Culture and Relations, Mohammad Taghi Sabri, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tajikistan, with the efforts of Professor Kaveh Teimouri.
