Tehran(IP)- The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has underlined that some people think that the US is an untouchable power, while it is completely vulnerable, addressing the students: "The future belongs to you".

Iran PressIran news: As the Iranian nation gets ready to honor the 13th of Aban (in the Persian calendar), which is the day of students and the national day of fighting against arrogance, a group of students from all over the country met with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei on Wednesday in Tehran.

In this meeting, Ayatollah Khamenei said: November 4th is a historic day, it is both historical and experience-giving. It is historical, which means that on this day, there were events that will remain in history, these events cannot be forgotten and they should not be forgotten.

The Leader added: November 4th is a day to learn lessons, namely because of these events, there have been reactions that are a lesson for us, for the future of the country, for the future of your life, for the future of your nation.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution also addressed the students: "Use these experiences. The future is yours."

Ayatollah Khamenei considered the day of November 4th as the embodiment of the US' evil and the embodiment of US being hit and defeated and added: " Those who think that the US is an untouchable power if we look at the events of this day, it turns out that "no," the US is quite vulnerable.

Ayatollah Khamenei criticized the fact that the Education Ministry did not include the contents of the Spy Nest (former US Embassy )documents in the textbooks and said: "This shows that the Americans were present in Iran during this period, i.e. from about 1949-50, and what they did in Iran did, what conspiracies, what betrayals they did."

He added: "Regarding the attack on the US embassy, which they actually said was a spy den - which was the same - that the Americans in their statements, in their propaganda, in their interviews, in the interview they did with me during my trip to New York during my presidency, they introduce it the beginning of the challenge between the people of Iran and the US.

They say that the Americans stood up to the Iranian people because of the move you made in the embassy. That is, you attacked our embassy, and there was a dispute between you and us, there was a fight and an enmity. They lie, this is not the issue. The challenge between the people of Iran and the United States began on August 19, 1953.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized: "On August 19, a national government was in a charge. The national government's problem with the Westerners was only the issue of oil. It was neither seeking Islam nor the clerics, it was just the issue of oil. The oil was in the hands of the British. The national government said that the oil should be in our hands, its only crime was this.

US conspired against Mosaddegh through a coup

The Americans sat down and conspired against Mosaddegh and created a strange coup. Although Mosaddegh was optimistic about the Americans, he trusted them, even liked them, and thought that the American government would support him against the British. But they stabbed him in the back. They arrested Mosaddeq and his associates and everyone. Some were executed later, some were imprisoned for many years.

The Leader pointed out: "The difference between the Iranian nation and the United States dates back to August 19. Why did you stage a coup against a national government that the people elected and overthrow it? You gave the oil that was taken from the British to a consortium, which included England, the United States, and several other governments. Our fight with the Americans started that day. Now American politicians say with complete hypocrisy and shamelessness that we support the Iranian nation!
