Iran Press/ Iran news: On the occasion of the great birthday of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Sadiq (as), heads of three branches of the government, a group of state officials and guests participating in the 36th International Islamic Unity Conference, on Friday morning were received by with Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
The Leader of the Revolution stated in the meeting: "The personality of the Holy Prophet is unique in the whole world. The signs of God can be seen in all the periods of his life, even at the time of birth. We celebrated today as the Prophet's birthday, and even on the day of his birth, the signs and effects of God's blessings, the main source of which is the pinnacle, namely, the prophetic mission, are seen."
Ayatollah Khamenei stressed: "Human being sees the effects of monotheism and the practical signs of monotheism on the day of the Prophet's birth. From inside the Kaaba, where the idols are overthrown, to the encounter with the arrogant idols, the great arrogant of that day, a holy lake dries up, the fire of the so-called holy temple is extinguished, the congresses of Taq Kasra collapses, these events happen. Therefore, the birthday is not an ordinary day; it is a critical day, a very great day. We celebrate this day as Eid for this occasion."
The Leader underscored: "The main point is that celebrating Eid is not only about celebration, permanence, commemoration, and these things. Celebrating Eid is to lesson. It is a lesson from the Holy Prophet."
The Leader emphasized: "One of the lessons of the life and birth of the Prophet (PBUH) is that he said: "I have come to you as a Messenger from among yourselves, dear to you, but you are greedy for the believers. I want to stress this issue, Merciful." You who suffer, the Prophet suffers."
The Leader of the revolution added: "Of course, this is not specific to the Muslims at the time of the Prophet, it is addressed to the general believers throughout history, that is, if today the Muslims are suffering in Palestine, Myanmar, etc., they should know that this suffering causes the pure soul of the Prophet to suffer; on the opposite point, it is the situation of the enemies who are happy with your suffering."
Ayatollah Khamenei stated: "So, what is the cause of these sufferings of the Islamic Ummah at the present time? One of the most important reasons for it is the division among Muslims. we are separated from each other, we are divided, when we are divided, when we are not benevolent, when sometimes we are even malicious towards each other; well, this is the result. Here again, the Qur'an is clear: when you dispute, there will be failure. Failure means laziness. When you find a difference, you will be forced to sit down and be humiliated, and you will forcibly provide the means for others to dominate you. it is so. The result of the division is this."
The Revolution's Leader underlined: "We must go towards the realization of the unity week. Now, what does Unity mean? What is meant by Unity is undoubtedly not religious Unity; It does not mean to follow this religion or that religion; that is not the intention. It does not mean geographical Unity, like in the 1960s and 1970s when some Arab countries joined together and declared that they were united, which did not happen and is not possible."
Ayatollah Khamenei added: "Unity means Unity in protecting the interests of the Islamic Ummah. First, let's identify where and what are the interests of the Islamic Ummah; then, in this context, the nations should agree with each other, see what the Islamic Ummah needs today, with whom to be enemies, with whom to be friends and how to be friends. All must move in this direction. The "Unity" meaning: sharing action against arrogant plans."
Unipolar world has lost its legitimacy
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei also said a unipolar world and this concept that one or two powers can impose their wills on countries and nations had lost their legitimacy.
The Supreme Leader added: "What does a unipolar system mean? It means that, for example, let's assume that the US plans for Iraq or Syria or Iran or Lebanon or so-and-so: "You must do this, this must happen, this must not happen," sometimes it says, sometimes it doesn't, but it acts. This is how it is today. They make plans for countries and mobilize their forces. Well, they have a plan. Arrogance has a plan. Gradually, this state of dominance that global arrogance has had on countries, nations, and different regions is changing, just like the change that happened during the anti-colonial movements in the second half of the 20th century, when countries rose one after another in the middle of the 20th century against direct colonization."
In describing the position of the Islamic nation in this new world, the Leader of the revolution stated: "We the Islamic nation, we the Islamic countries can have a high position in the new world that is gradually taking shape, we can stand out as a model, we can stand out as a leader. Let's go but on one condition. What is the condition? Unity, not having divisions, getting rid of the temptations of the enemy, the temptations of the US, the temptations of the Zionists, the temptations of the companies. If we can implement this condition, we will certainly be able to place the Islamic Ummah in a high position in the future world and the future shape of the world's political geography."
