Tehran (IP) – In a meeting with the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan, the Head of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization underlined that Iran and Tajikistan have many capacities to improve cultural relations.

Iran PressIran news: Davlatzoda Zulfiya Davlat, who has traveled to Tehran as the head of a cultural delegation to participate in the opening ceremony of the "Cultural Week of the Republic of Tajikistan in Iran," attended the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization on Monday and met with Mohammad-Mehdi Imanipour.

The cultural days of the Republic of Tajikistan in Iran will be held in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Embassy of Tajikistan in Iran, and the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization from October 3 to 8 in Tehran, Shiraz, and Tabriz.

This cultural event includes the performance of artistic groups, including drama groups, music groups, poetry readings by Tajik poets, and an exhibition of paintings, photographs, handicrafts, and national costumes of Tajikistan.

According to the public relations report of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization, Imanipour, during the meeting with the minister of culture of Tajikistan, announced the organization's readiness for any cooperation in the field of holding art workshops, university interactions, scientific discussions and student exchanges.

Davlatzoda Zulfiya Davlat, for her part, said: "We are ready to develop relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran and we hope that these cooperations will expand at all cultural and artistic levels."
