New York (IP) – Iranian Foreign Minister and his Belarusian counterpart consulted on ways to broaden trade and economic relations between their countries.

Iran PressAmerica: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who traveled to New York with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, to participate in the 77th United Nations General Assembly, is still in this city to continue the active diplomacy of the Iranian government on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. 219

In a meeting in New York on Monday, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Vladimir Makei discussed issues of bilateral interest and joint efforts by both countries in international organizations to enhance multilateralism worldwide. 

The meeting was held on the sidelines of a UN General Assembly summit.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian accompanied President Ebrahim Raisi, who addressed the world leaders at the 77th UNGA meeting on September 21.
