Yousef Nouri, the Minister of Education, rang the bell to mark the beginning of the school year of Iran's educational centers in elementary schools. Yusuf Nouri expressed his hope that the new academic year will be a blessed year for students.
The Minister of Education also promised to revive the Association of Parents and Teachers in Iran's schools.
According to Nouri, ten percent of Iranian students will study in the first grade of primary school this year. Giving flowers to the first-grade students was the last part of this ceremony.
