Iran Press/ Iran news: The open session of Iran's Parliament kicked off on Tuesday morning, chaired by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
In a statement on Monday, Muqtada al-Sadr, who leads the Sadrist Movement, stated that he would no longer engage in political activities.
After he resigned from Iraq's political activities, protesters stormed the presidential palace in Baghdad's Green Zone.
One of the members of Iran's parliament, in a conversation with Iran Press reporter regarding the news published about transferring Muqtada al-Sadr to Tehran, said: "In my contact with the Supreme National Security Council, I found out that this is not true and the news published in this regard is false."
