Tehran (IP)- Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, who has traveled to Tehran to hold the 11th Iran-Brazil political consultative meeting.

Iran PressIran news: As referring to the 120-year history of Iran-Brazil relations, the foreign minister of our country called the history of relations between the two countries a valuable asset.

Referring to the government's special attention to developing relations with Latin America, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian added: "The Islamic Republic of Iran does not place any restrictions on the comprehensive development of relations with Brazil."

The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the necessity of supporting the public sector of the two countries in helping to solve the problems of the private sector in the development of commercial and economic relations.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil also pointed to the prevailing pragmatism in bilateral relations and emphasized the importance of developing relations with Iran in the eyes of the Brazilian government.

Kenneth Nobrega expressed his satisfaction with the talks held with the Iranian Foreign Minister and emphasized the importance of increasing the exchange of political delegations. 219
