Jabalia (IP) - Residents of Gaza as well as relatives and families of five martyred Palestinian children in recent Israeli onslaught in Gaza gathered at the graves of these children in Jabalia and demanded the trial of the Israeli regime in international courts.

Iran PressMiddle East: On August 5, 2022, the Israeli regime forces attacked the Gaza strip for 55 hours, as a result of which dozens of Palestinians, including 17 children and youngsters, were martyred, and a senior commander of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) Movement was assassinated.

These Palestinian children in Jabalia area, north of Gaza, were targeted by the Israeli regime's rocket attacks and were martyred. These Palestinian children were between 4 and 17 years of age.

Residents of Gaza, relatives and families of five martyred Palestinian children in Jabalia condemned the Israeli regime's crime of targeting children by gathering at the graves of these five Palestinian children on Tuesday evening.

Jamil Ihab Najm (13 years old), Jamil Najm al-Din Najm (4 years old), Hamed Haider Najm (16 years old), Mohammad Salah Najm (17 years old) and Nazmi Fayez Abu Karsh (14 years old) were the children who were martyred in the recent Israeli onslaught in Gaza.

During the event, a number of families of these martyred Palestinian children emphasized that the Israeli regime had always targeted innocent Palestinian children, and that it was necessary for the child-killing regime to go on trial in international courts.

These families also supported the Palestinian resistance front's measures against the Israeli regime and emphasized the fight against the occupying and criminal regime of Israel.

The death toll from the Israeli regime’s barbaric strikes in the Gaza Strip has risen over 30, including 17 children and youngsters, the Health Ministry in the Palestinian enclave said earlier as Israeli jets bombed the besieged enclave for the second day.
