Tehran (IP) - Iran's President says the Muslim nations today deeply hate the Israeli regime and consider resistance the only way against the regime.

Iran PressIran news: Leading a high-ranking delegation, Secretary-General of Palestine's Islamic Movement Ziyad al-Nakhalah traveled to Iran and met with Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf.

Receiving al-Nakhalah on Thursday, President Ebrahim Raisi said the nation's support for Palestine was the biggest obstacle against the US and Israeli regime's policies in the west of Asia.

Raisi pointed to some of the regional states' normalization of ties with the Israeli regime and told al-Nakhalah: "The Israeli regime imagined that it could secure itself through the normalizations of this with these countries, but these actions did not and will not bring them security for they have no appropriate understating of the region and the developments ahead."

Ziayd al-Nakhalah, for his part, highlighted the powerful presence of Iran in the region and international arena:

"No doubt the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran's President to strengthening ties with the regional countries and resistance against the dominance-seeking powers has played a significant role in this regard [authoritative presence of Iran in the region]."
