Iran Press/ Iran news: Explaining why his team lost the semi-final Asian Cup last week, Saeed Armaghani said: Though the national team did not win the AFC Cup, there was hope his players got successful in ascending to the World Cup.
Armaghani noted that after two months of coaching the team, national basketball team players were put on planned practice to stay ready.
Elaborating on the national basketball team's status quo, the coach further said: It is necessary to hold regular high-quality club competitions as other countries do.
