Iran Press/ Iran news: A conference has been held on June 20, 2022, on "People's Governance in the Discourse of Justice and the Republic" organized by the Center for Strategic Studies of the President's office and the University of Tehran and attended by Iranian Finance and Economic Affairs Minister, Ehsan Khandouzi, a group of 13th government officials, elites, professors and university experts.
Khandouzi said in his speech that people-oriented economy is achieved when the people have a role in production and have more access to and benefit from the resources and incomes of the country.
Also, Ahmad Vahidi, the Iranian Interior Minister delivered a speech in the conference, stressing: "If we want the country's progress, we should not have any interaction with the United States, and the progress today should be based on science and knowledge."
Vahidi added: "In the Islamic Republic of Iran, democracy has nothing to do with Western democracy, but is a matter of value."
He emphasized: "The Iranian government believes that the concept of justice is in line with the development of the country."
Vahidi said that progress is the best interpretation that can include justice and being accepted in the society.
