Tehran (IP) – During the meeting of the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities of Iraq with the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization of Iran (ICRO), the two sides agreed to write the story of the 'resistance'.

Iran PressIran news: In a meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Hassan Nazim on Saturday morning, the ICRO Head Mohammad-Mehdi Imanipour referred to the resistance of the Iraqi people in facing ISIS and stated that although a short time has passed, facts about the Iraqi resistance are being distorted, and it is necessary to record them before the enemies distort it intentionally.

Hassan Nazim, for his part, announced his readiness and agreement to write the narration of the 'resistance', noting that ICRO guarantees the agreements reached between the two sides.

He further referred to the issue of Iranophobia, saying: “The issue has been exaggerated and distorted in the media, while the relations between Iran and Iraq are very deep and the level of economic ties and trade exchanges also proves this fact.”
