Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced that COVID-19 took the lives of 9 more patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 141,253.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 19, 2022, 7,229,354 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 7,028,491 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 280 cases, of whom 44 were hospitalized.

731 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 51,910,821 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red or orange, 259 are Yellow, and 189 are blue zones.

So far, 64,473,721 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,762,530 have received the second dose, 27,382,773 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 149,024,884 doses.
