Middle East(IP): Media sources reported 90 violations of the ceasefire in Al-Hudaydah, Yemen, by the invading Saudi coalition.

Iran PressMiddle East: The ceasefire agreed in Sweden between a delegation from Sana'a and a delegation from Riyadh started on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, in the western Yemeni province of Al-Hudaydah, but the Saudi coalition violates it every day.

According to Yemen's Saba News Agency; local sources said today that the establishment of military fortifications in Al-Jabaliyah and Hays and the flight of 15 reconnaissance aircraft over the airspace of Al-Jabaliya and Hays in Al-Hudaydah province are among the violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Saudi aggressors.

The sources added that in addition to the cases mentioned, violations of the ceasefire by the Saudis included shelling with various weapons.

Three weeks ago, all offensive ground, air, and naval operations in Yemen were to be stopped; but the Saudi coalition has repeatedly violated the ceasefire.

The UN envoy to Yemen stressed that the initiative's success depended on the continued commitment of the warring parties to the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.

With the support of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and several other countries, Saudi Arabia launched a military invasion of Yemen in March 2015 and a land, sea, and air siege.

The outbreak of war by Saudi Arabia and its allies in Yemen has so far killed and injured hundreds of thousands of Yemenis and displaced 4 million.
