Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 54 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 139,971.


Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 26, 2022, 7,148,789 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,850,525 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,382 cases, of whom 256 patients were hospitalized.

1,672 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 49,113,559 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 24 cities are red, 68 are orange, 306 are yellow, and 50 are blue zones.

So far, 63,785,564 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,619,705 have received the second dose, 25,806,373 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 146,211,642 doses.
