Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that 52 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 139,917.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 25, 2022, a total number of 7,147,407 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,846,230 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,530 cases, of whom 306 were hospitalized.

1,707 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 49,053,316 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 29 cities are red, 126 are orange, 278 are yellow, and 15 are zones.

So far, 63,780,020 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,607,849 have received the second dose, 25,790,670 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 146,178,539 doses.
