Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 67 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 139,802.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 23, 2022, a total number of 7,144,532 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,837,721 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,123 cases, of whom 270 were hospitalized.

1,816 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 48,929,728 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 29 cities are red, 126 are orange, 278 are yellow, and 15 are zones.

So far, 63,772,041 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,590,114 have received the second dose, 25,764,997 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 146,127,152 doses.
