Tehran (IP) – People in Iran commemorated the Islamic Revolution's victory in its 43, although rallying with their cars and motorcycles for the last two years due to the COVID pandemic.

Iran PressIran news: The energetic presence of people throughout Iran marked another epic on the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

Despite the threats and sanctions by the enemies, as well as the restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the 43rd celebration of the Islamic Revolution victory was held throughout Iran with the passionate presence of the people.

Forty-three years ago, on February 1, 1979, Imam Khomeini, the great founder of the Islamic Revolution, entered the territory of Iran amidst the enthusiastic welcome of the people after fifteen years of exile.

Ten days after the arrival of Imam Khomeini in Iran, on February 11, 1979, the glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran bore fruit.

Now, 43 years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, on the morning of Friday, February 12, 2022, people all over the country showed their unity and solidarity to the world by participating in the Bahman 22 rally.

Today, Iran was full of beautiful scenes; forty-three young couples, celebrating their marriage along with the 43rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution's victory by attending the car rally along with other cars to mark the National Day.

The people of Lorestan Province created beautiful scenes by observing health protocols and decorating their cars, installing on them the pictures of Imam Khomeini, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and Martyr Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, while carrying the flag of Iran.

Even snow and rain could not prevent the spectacular participation of Iranians in the celebration.

The people of Gilan Province also celebrated in the heavy rain. They showed the authority of an epic nation in preserving the sacred ideals of the Islamic Revolution.

Also in snow, different strata of the people of Ardabil in northwestern Iran, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad in central Iran, carrying the holy flags of the Islamic Republic and images of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei celebrated the historic victory.

Different cities of Golestan Province, northern Iran, were overwhelmed with joy by playing revolutionary songs in decorated streets.

Shia Muslims and Sunnis of Sistan-Baluchestan Province, as the flag bearers of the unity of the Islamic sects, announced to the world with their epic participation that they are the guardians of the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran with their lives and property.

Kerman Province witnessed the energetic attendance of the people of different walks of life in Gen. Martyr Soleimani Square, renewing allegiance to the ideals of top Iranian anti-terror commander Martyr Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

Kermani people also showed their hatred to the enemies of humanity by chanting "Down with the USA," "Down with Israel."

The people of Qom Province, waving the tricolor of the Islamic Republic and pictures of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei on their cars and motorcycles, moving towards the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran.

The glorious presence of the people on the Bahman March 22 in 1,500 cities and more than 3,000 villages were held simultaneously at 9:30 AM (local time) on Friday, observing hygienic protocols.

The ceremony was held in the red cities (due to the COVID outbreak) using cars and motorcycles to rally and mark the occasion; yet in Khuzestan, people marched, which was not in COVID red alert.

The Bahman 22 ceremony in Tehran's Azadi Square ended with the performance of special programs at 11:00 AM, followed by President Ebrahim Raisi's speech, as the speaker of the ceremony in Tehran, in Grand Mosalla Mosque.
