Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 114 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 133,048.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 08, 2022, 6,657,842 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,191,746 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 38,757 cases, of whom 2,744 were hospitalized.

2,724 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 45,607,127 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 120 cities are red, 153 are orange, 167 are yellow, and 8 are blue zones.

So far, 61,223,353 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 54,611,857 have received the second dose, 20,245,434 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 136,080,644 doses.
