Iran PressMiddle East: The Iranian embassy in Yemen has so far carried out essential service projects in some Yemeni provinces, especially in the health sector, such as the reconstruction of the surgical ward of the Republican Hospital in Sana'a and Saada and the provision of the latest medical equipment to these two wards.

Dr. Fouad Al-Maliki, Representative of the Iranian Embassy in Yemen, noted that these projects were a continuation of the activities of the late Iranian Ambassador Hassan Irlou and stressed that Iran would continue to provide more projects and support to the Yemenis.

He stated that with God's help, health projects were completed in the past, and one of the educational projects was implemented with Hassan Irlou's efforts, and Iran continues to support the Yemeni people.

Appreciating the plans implemented by the Iranian Embassy, Sana'a officials said the quality of these projects would contribute to the advancement of education, and thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its efforts to support the people of Yemen.
