Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 50 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 132,504.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 01, 2022, 6,408,244 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,110,615 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 35,070 cases, of whom 1,740 were hospitalized.

1,703 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 44,886,634 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

So far, 60,838,106 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 54,189,193 have received the second dose, 17,698,006 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 132,725,305 doses.

Today, 15 cities are in the red zone, 61 are orange, 274 yellow, and 98 are blue.
