Tehran (IP) - The broadcasting of the programs of several TV and radio networks of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) was interrupted for some seconds on Thursday.

Iran PressIran News: Anonymous person or group made efforts to hack IRIB Channel 1 on Thursday, January 27, 2022, for some seconds. 

Announcements were being played as a video of Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) heads accompanied by the sound of their speech interrupted the channel for 10 seconds. 

Since the 1979 Revolution, Iran has suffered a lot from terrorism, while the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) spearheaded the terrorism campaign against Iranian civilians and government officials, killing over 17,000 Iranian citizens.

The national media's authorities say the server of the channel was likely to be hacked.

According to the report, Quran, Radio Payam and Radio Javan networks were all hacked.
